I thought it only right to drop you a line to say how happy that my husband and I have been with things at the Links Abingdon of late. The creche is such a lovely place to go into with so much thought and effort clearly being put into the environment in which our littles ones spend a lot of their time. Our little boy Seth has been with you now since he was 8 months and is currently in the Toddler room – having turned two in August.
As a parent, so many of our concerns are around who is caring for our little ones – in Eliane and the team, we have every confidence that Seth is being lovingly cared for, encouraged and having fun. Eliane is a breath of fresh air and her commitment to the creche, and energy for everything and everyone in it, is palpable. She is wonderful and clearly has fostered a happy and motivated team.
It has also been great to see that new equipment and toys have been purchased. These things do not go unnoticed with proper resourcing being of course so important.
I felt it important to send this note as I know that we often don’t take time out to acknowledge when things are going well (as opposed to the contrary)!
Sincere thanks to the Links team (especially the Abingdon branch!!). Keep up the good work!

Hi Guys,
I was hesitant to email as I didn’t want to single out just one of the staff at Cornmill – when in effect, all the staff there are incredible – but a word for Diane, who is there most mornings I drop my little man off. Her welcoming attitude and greeting puts my fella in automatic good form whether he’s had a great night or not so great. She is a tribute to the efforts all the guys and girls put in there and I wanted to say thanks on behalf of myself, Mammy and Alexander.
In no small terms, it makes our daily routine work so much more smoothly when Alex is so happy to be there and we can relax and trust in that fact.
Well done and a big thank you Diane and all there.

Links Blackrock provided XX with a warm and loving environment which he has just flourished in. We are so grateful for helping shape his early years and helping us bring out so many good qualities and a kind nature.
Wishing you and the team all the very very best, it has been a pleasure dropping Henry off and collecting him every day as he has progressed from Baby Room to Toddlers.

I just wanted extend a BIG thank you to the staff at Links Creche (Blackrock). All the staff are always so friendly and I truly feel that my daughter is in good hands whilst I’m at work.
Whilst on maternity leave I was really anxious about what I was going to do in terms of childcare and ensuring that I had peace of mind. My daughter X has been at Links Creche
(Blackrock) since she was 6 months old, and in the 2 months that she’s been at the crèche she’s settled in so well, and I truly think that it is down to the nurturing environment and caring staff. Antoinette and Louise have to get a ‘special’ mention as they look after the children in the baby room full time, but I truly have to commend all the rest of the team as well.
You’re all doing a fantastic job. Well done and keep up the great work!!!

My son attends the crèche at Blackrock where I would like to extend my appreciation for the excellent standards and friendly staff which create both a fun filled and safe environment for all the children. He has attended this crèche for 12 months now and in that period I have never had cause for complaint or concern and have always found every member of staff courteous, patient, diligent and caring, to the point that each child is treated as if they were their own.
Also in that period I have seen an immense development, enjoyment and excitement to be there in not only my child but others which can only be accredited to the personal attention given to provide a range of activities which are both educational and fun. Other areas which deserve credit are the cleanliness of the entire crèche, which is always kept to a high standard throughout as well as the friendliness of the cleaning staff both to the children and parents, as well as the food preparation which offers a good balance of variability and nutrition.
Therefore I would personally like to extend a big thank you to all at Links Blackrock for your hard work, patience, care and above all providing an exceptional standard, in everything from daily reports, personal touches, and seasonal activities that create a fun, and safe environment.
I would like to specifically call out Gillian however whose straight talking, direct and sometime unconscious rambling communications can cause confusion, misunderstanding and moments of hilarity which amuse both the children and adults.

The girls have turned 1 and they’ve been in the creche now almost 3 months.
Firstly I’d like to say how happy I am with the place, the baby room is really welcoming and the girls settled in, in less than 2 weeks which made going back to work alot easier for me!
Antoinette and Louise are brilliant with the girls, they listen to me and any requests I have are never a problem, X and X are really fond of them and they’ll miss Louise when she leaves. Antoinette is always on hand to help me bring the girls in from the car in the morning and evening so I don’t have to lug the buggy out. And she tells me little things the girls got up to that day which I love hearing.
I couldn’t speak more highly of all the staff, from Jo on front desk & baby room helper! Joanne, Lisa, Pauline and Ming and everyone else I meet that always has a smile for me and my girls. I was delighted to hear but not surprised that they won the creche of the year prize.

I have XX in Preschool class in Seabrook Manor and I want to tell you how great Sue and Vanesha have been with him and the class this year.
XX is dying to go in every morning and the two women have done so many different activities with the kids like planting flowers, learning about the planets that they have made it so enjoyable. She has always been fab with all my children and I just want to let you know this

Just wanted to send a note of sincere thanks & appreciation for Sunday’s Graduation. We were so impressed with the set up and all the time, preparation & effort that went into the planning of this event….it was a huge success and you and all your staff should be very proud!!
A big shout out to Sinead, she did an absolutely incredible job with the children’s performance, no easy task but she mastered this with flying colours!!
From the Strawberries & Cream on arrival, to the set up of the room, the gowns/robes….to the after party champagne glasses for the kids – it was a truly magical & memorable experience for both parent and child… one which we will never forget! THANK YOU!!!!

Links has been like a second home for my three children over the last 6+ years. There is always a lovely atmosphere in the crèche anytime I’m there, whether it is to drop off/ collect or drop in some forgotten clothing/toy/book. Aisha is fantastic. She is 100% hands on, a very natural people person and child focused.
If ever I have had an issue or concern the staff have been very approachable and open to the feedback. All the staff go above and beyond, organising events outside usual hours (weekends included) – graduation, Christmas shows, recent crèche party, parent teacher meetings, etc.

Our daughter Saoirse joined Links Drumcondra at the end of May. Ayesha and Lynne have been amazing since the beginning; guiding us through the settling in period; being so patient with all our questions; and just welcoming Saoirse so warmly with open arms. We could see straight away that she was in great hands with Lynne and it didn’t take long for her to feel very much at home there. She’s happy and developing well thanks to the great rapport Lynne has built with her. Massive thanks to Lynne, Ayesha and the rest of the team. Cathy and Michael Sweeney.

Just wanted to drop you a quick mail to thank Kate and her team in Abington.
Things seem to have really turned around, staff morale seems to be good and there isn’t a huge turn over in staff as there had been.
There are certain members of the team who deal with XX and XX who are fantastic. Raymond, Eve and Isabel…you can see they have a real love for the job they do, and it’s great to see the love and care there! Also not to forget Charlie whom we love and would be lost without.
So thank you to all the team!

I just wanted to take a minute and email to give credit where credit is due to Kate.
Ever since she has come on board things seem to run much smoother in the creche. She is always on top of things and always floating in the creche checking things are ok and helping out wherever she can, she doesn’t just sit at the desk like previous managers, she actually gets stuck in! This is the kind of person you want to know is running the creche. I know I can trust her and god forbid anything happens or there are any issue with XX (or any of the kids), I know she will let me (or other parents) know.
Not only Kate but the staff – Eve (XX loves her!), Ray, Meaghan, Fiona – just to name a few. They always look to be happy in what they are doing and interacting with the kids. As a mother that is what you want to see. Knowing that your kids teachers are happy in their jobs means that there shouldn’t be any issues.
Looking forward to when XX starts and to see how she will get on.
