Links Childcare Induction Workshop
Links Childcare provide company Induction training to all of our new recruits. The induction training session is usually held on a Saturday morning, it is a great opportunity for our Educarers to meet one another and to gain a more in depth knowledge of the company policies and procedures.
The company induction is an enjoyable day for all involved, the training incorporates practical training sessions. We focus on the key policies that our Educarers will face during 
their day-to-day job such as; Medicine Administration Policy, Positive Behavior Policy, Accident and Incident Policy, Drop Off & Collection Policy, Safe Sleep Policy and Nutrition Policy. We hope to provide you with the skills on to become confident in dealing with each policy.
Of course, we allow some time to socialise, get to know one another over breakfast! We finish the morning with a quiz on all of the important policies.
