What an amazing year we have had in our 11 Creche locations.

This newsletter is to celebrate our Class of 2022 and all they have learned and achieved. We were honoured to be able to share our space with you the parents to showcase the hard work and effort your children have demonstrated throughout their time here in Links and in the lead-up to Graduation Day!

We know that you are just as proud as we are and wanted to share these photographs as a memory of your child’s special day.

Message from our Senior Management Team

Dear Parents/Guardians

One of the most exciting dates in the Links Calendar is Graduation day and it was particularly heart-warming to see it back in full splendour this year, with none of the restrictions of Covid. We think you will agree that you have to “be there” to fully appreciate the joy, independence and wonderful innocence of our Graduates.

Our curriculum is child-led, as you know, and at no time is the success of this approach more evident than in the lead-up to Graduation, where little voices work with staff to decide on themes, to contribute to the creative process and to determine the shape and atmosphere of the event. You may have noticed that your “graduate” has become very opinionated! Embrace it…… it’s the start of their contribution to society!

Many of the children who graduated were carried into crèche as tiny babies and it has been a privilege to watch them wobble and toddle their way to pre-school. Others joined us more recently and we watch with great pride as they display a readiness and all the coping skills needed for ‘big school’.

We want to take this opportunity to thank all who helped on the journey to Graduation day. We are immensely proud of our creative, patient, professional and fun crèche staff whose talents are so evident every day of the week and who go that extra mile to make Graduation Day so special. We thank our chefs for their warm interactions with the children and of course the great food! We also pay tribute to our office staff who make it all happen from the wings and our maintenance team for ensuring our learning environments are pristine.

We thank you the parents and guardians for entrusting your child to our care. We are indeed very privileged to have been part of the education journey.

A final word of thanks must go to the children who graduated – for their enthusiasm and their sense of fun, their serious side and the myriad of ‘why’ questions …….and above all the uniqueness they shared with us. We wish them every success as they move to the next stage.
