Links Childcare offers a Leadership Programme to its crèche Middle Leaders Teams. The course consists of 9-10 modules over 2 sessions. It is an excellent opportunity for our employees to develop their leadership skills within the childcare industry.
In order to provide a quality service and to ensure the professional growth of our teams, we believe in the need for meaningful and engaging continuing professional development (CPD). We want our Middle Leaders to understand the academic and theoretical basis for their actions and decisions, so that their day-to-work is fully scaffolded and they are poised to assume positions at Senior Management level. The programme involves the submission of one group assignment in either written or recorded format.
