Dear Parents,

We hope you are very well.

We have had a lovely week playing in the garden and enjoying our themed events.

Saturday August 8th would have marked the last day of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. So we enjoyed a day of Olympic games. We did lots of Olympics arts & crafts, making medals & the iconic Olympic rings.

All our children and staff joined in in the games, it was lots of fun!

We had some lovely play time in the garden and did lots of painting, arts and crafts. We made our own little dinosaurs and painted them in the colours that we love.

We love sports, and made baseball catchers, bats and pretend jerseys during art. For role play, we set up a camp site in our garden and went camping. Then we made some tent artwork with our footprints.

Fancy Dress Day was lots of fun. The dress up outfits were amazing, and all the children were so excited to see what their friends and Educarers were dressed up as!

Thank you to all of our parents for helping to dress up your children for our special day.

Before the summer holidays finished up, we had two weeks packed full of fun activities. We also loved our themed events, such as Puppet Day and Transport Week.

Our children enjoyed lots of arts & crafts and outdoor playing. Not to mention sensory play and exploring bubbles!

We are looking forward to lots of learning and fun activities in September with all our children.

Kind Regards,

Karen & the Links Clonee Team
