Educarer

Our highly-educated and dedicated team of Educarers are the foundation of the Links team. Our Educarers are passionate about their work and bring with them extensive experience in early childhood care. They are committed to making Links a fun and enjoyable place to work. The team at Links Childcare is truly like a family!

Senior Lead Educarer

There is a Senior Lead Educarer (SLE) in each room. The SLE is responsible for setting the standard of care for their peers and assisting with the onboarding of new members of the Links team. The SLE is someone with proven experience and skill who is keen to progress their career in early childhood education.

Assistant Manager

The role of Assistant Manager brings increased responsibility and requires excellent people-management skills.

The Assistant Manager plays a supportive role for the Manager and Deputy Manager, working closely with them in the day-to-day running of the crèche and also in the promotion of the vision of Links Childcare.

Deputy Manager

The Deputy Manager has excellent leadership and people management skills and extensive experience in dealing with children and parents. They can step in for the manager and cover all tasks involved in the day-to-day running of the crèche.

Crèche Manager

The Manager is at the heart of every crèche.  The Crèche Manager’s desk is the hub for communication with parents, staff and head office. The Manager sets the tone for the warmth and care of each crèche and knows every child individually. Links Childcare’s Managers are not asked to take responsibility for endless paperwork or any tasks that take away from the time they have to spend caring for the children and leading the staff.

Regional Manager

Our Regional Managers work as a vital interface between our Senior Management Team and our Crèche Managers. Each Regional Manager is responsible for a number of crèches, providing advice and support each day.
